职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
1. 每日完成所管辖的工艺设备、设施的巡检工作，及时消除故障隐患。并做好相应纪录。Complete daily checking of process equipment, remove potential mechanical failure and make record
2. 负责编制、修改、完成所管辖工艺设备的预防维修工作指令，减少故障停机率，保证设备长期稳定工作。并做好相应纪录。Draft, revise and finalize work instruction for process equipment, reduce mechanical failure, ensure long term stable working of process equipment
3. 迅速维修生产工艺设备出现的故障，恢复设备原有性能，以达到迅速恢复生产的目的。Solve mechanical failure quickly, recover the capability of process equipment for manufacturing
4. 提供所管辖的工艺设备备件储备计划，提高库存合理性。Provide spare part plan for process equipment, rationalize spare part inventory
5. 负责编制、修改所管辖设备的SOP，使员工正确操作工艺设备。To draft and revise SOP for equipment, train the operator to correctly use process equipment
6. 参与设备年大修、设备改进工作，使设备保持在最佳状态。Take park in annual major maintenance, equipment improvement to ensure all equipment works in good condition
7. 维护生产厂房设施符合GMP要求。Make sure facility are compliance with GMP requirement
Requirement:
1. 文化程度(学历/专业)
a) 大专以上学历，机电一体化或相关专业
Junior college or above in mechanical and electrical integration
2. 任职经验
a) 2年以上设备维护与预防维修工作经验
Over 2 year experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
3. 专业知识/技能
a) 具备电气、机械专业知识，具备机电一体化知识。
Knowledge of electric mechanical integration or any of the singular practice b) PLC控制原理和基本操作 PLC control theory and basic practice
c) 有药厂GMP相关经验为佳。Relative GMP training is preferred
4. 计算机及外语水平
a) 简单的计算机操作。具备基本的英语听、说、读、写能力
